Where We Ship From
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from China.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended by 1–2 additional business days.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days, depending on your location and local courier conditions.
Please note that delivery time does not include processing time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination:
- Asia: $6–$8
- Rest of the World: $10–$12
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your shipment every step of the way.
Split Shipments
For faster fulfillment, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
You will receive tracking details for each shipment if this occurs.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed, and additional fees may apply.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
Pre-Order Items
If your order includes pre-order items, it will be dispatched once all items are available.
At this time, we do not support split shipments for pre-order items.
Custom & Personalized Items
For customized or monogrammed products, please allow an additional 4 business days for processing.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
