Shipping Times & Estimates

To provide a balance of security and speed, we utilize professional international carriers for all shipments:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10-15 business days.

  • Processing: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your package is dispatched.

Please note: While we work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible, delivery dates are estimates. Occasionally, unexpected delays outside of our control—such as customs clearance procedures, international flight disruptions, or extreme weather—may impact the final delivery time.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

We ship to most major international destinations. However, please note the following:

  • Freight Forwarding: We do not allow shipping to addresses offering freight forwarding services to ensure the security of your delivery and the integrity of our products.

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by our initial shipping costs.
