Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched directly from our distribution center in China. This allows us to maintain high standards of quality control and ensure efficiency in our logistics.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time: Approximately 10–15 business days.
Please note: Delivery dates are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, flight disruptions, or extreme weather.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your journey through the link provided or on our "Track Your Order" page.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
Yes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our initial shipping costs.
Do you ship to freight forwarders?
No. To ensure the security of your delivery and product integrity, we do not allow shipping to addresses associated with freight forwarding services.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Condition: Items must be unworn/unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
Proof: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@stormcrew.store. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to get a new item is to return the original item for a refund and then make a separate purchase for the new product.
What items are non-returnable?
- Sale items or Gift cards.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Perishable goods (food, flowers).
- Personal care goods (beauty products).
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases).
Refunds & Issues
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@stormcrew.store so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds: Processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Special Note for European Union Customers
If your merchandise is being shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with tags.
Product & Sizing
How do I know which size to choose?
We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. Since our items are shipped internationally, we recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing it to our chart for the most accurate fit.
Do your items run true to size?
Most of our products run True to Size (TTS) unless otherwise stated in the product description (e.g., "Oversized Fit" or "Slim Fit"). If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Will the item look exactly like the photo?
We strive to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings and studio lighting.
Care & Maintenance
How should I wash my garments?
- Machine wash cold with like colors.
- Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect prints/embroidery.
- Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
Will the clothes shrink after washing?
Most of our fabrics are pre-shrunk during the manufacturing process. However, to prevent any further shrinkage, we highly recommend air drying or using a low-heat setting on your dryer.
Inventory & Restocks
An item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
We frequently restock our best-selling items. You can sign up for a "Restock Notification" on the product page, and we will email you as soon as your size is back in stock.
Do you offer custom sizes or personalized designs?
Currently, we only offer the sizes and styles listed on our website. We do not provide custom tailoring or individual personalization at this time.
Quality & Ethics
Where are your clothes manufactured?
Our products are designed with care and manufactured in our partner facilities in China, where we ensure high standards of craftsmanship and ethical working conditions.
Is the fabric "see-through"?
We select high-quality, high-density fabrics for our collection. Any items that are intentionally sheer (such as certain linen or lace styles) will be clearly noted in the product description.
