Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold

If your order does not reach the applicable threshold, standard tracked shipping rates apply:

  • Asia: US$8

  • Other supported destinations: US$10–$12

Your final shipping rate will be shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

How Free Shipping Is Calculated

Free-shipping eligibility is determined by:

  • The destination entered in your shipping address;

  • The merchandise subtotal after eligible discounts;

  • The applicable threshold for that destination.

Shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward the minimum order value.

For example, if your destination has a US$89 threshold and an order discount reduces your merchandise subtotal to US$85, the order will no longer qualify for free shipping.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Free shipping covers the transportation charge only.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and local handling fees are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout. Any applicable charges are determined by the destination’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Availability

Shipping availability is based on the complete delivery address, not only the destination country or region.

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes;

  • APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses;

  • Certain remote areas, islands, or overseas territories not supported by our carriers.

Some products containing batteries, magnets, liquids, or other restricted components may not be available for delivery to every destination.

If no shipping option appears after entering your address at checkout, we are currently unable to deliver that order to the selected address.
